Using the crafting guide crashes the game

Doesn't crash on my end. Can you post a crash report?
Sure. How do I do that?
Post the most recent file in your crash reports folder to something like pastebin. (make sure to sort the folder by "date modified" right after you crash to make sure you have the right file for the crash).
What should I do if it keeps telling me " Minecraft has run out of memory " Or anything along the lines of that?

Allocate more RAM in the launcher menu (2GB or more, depending on how much you have. 4GB or more for higher settings).

Hey Epic, would it be possible for you to add Balkon's weapon mod? I need a better and more reasonable way to use gunpowder. I'm sure many people will want it! :)

It really doesn't add a lot that we don't already have unfortunately, especially since M&B just got added, so it would only really add the musket. Other ways to use gunpowder could be added in the future though.
What about boomerangs and dynamite? Though are super useful
@Alexgagnon Zelda Sword Skills adds both Boomerangs, and Bombs.
Well Alright, I still find muskets and blunderbusses a must though

i dont think theres a server yet :P
Neither of the downloads work anyway, Dropbox has blocked them due to high traffic. There is no way to install new or old versions of the client. I'm attempting to find a way to have a real-time conversation with the mod pack author. I have a fix that moves away from dropbox.

Download is getting fixed right now, should be fixed in 10 mins or so
@TheEpicModPack You can use Github, rather then make new dropboxes everytime they lock you out :D

Conflicts with baubles and traveller's gear in some weird ways, unfortunately.
I really would like to try this Modpack out, but it always crashes, when i start to create a world. It is stuck at "Converting World". Do you have any tipps for me to fix this?

Try allocating more RAM in your technic launcher. If you just keep trying, it should work eventually, as it will load a little more each time.
about 4-6gigs of ram should do it
2GB can run it fine on low settings, 4GB or more will cover larger render distance etc. Setting the render distance as low as possible during world creation can help also.
The server network i work for would be possibly willing to host an official server for you if you would like. I personally think your pack is good and i see growing potential in the pack.
