somehow when i download the server, and run it, i dont get all the mods in the game. Bc when i play single player i get all the modded trees. On the server its almost like its just vanillla mc

You need to make sure to launch the server using the included launch script!

Unfortunately it had some reported issues in the past, however you can try to add it yourself manually.

Hey! It is unlikely AE2 will be added, as the modpack focuses on Logistics Pipes or Project Red systems instead, but feel free to add it yourself manually if you want! Also, there are Worldspikes for chunk loading.
Forestry's machines don't pick up apples no matter what I try, tried both multiblock farms and the single block arboretum, changing circuits etc. Didn't work.

i have some problems with galacticraft. i cant open tekkit 2 it crashs before bc of galacticraft. someone who knows what the problem could be

You need it to match the Minecraft version—1.12.2, not the modpack version (1.2.4).
I want to set up a tekkit 2 server for 2-3 people where I can play with my friend. How many GB of RAM does the server need for this?

when you use a quarry and you're done in that spot and try to patch it with grass you cant walk in that area. you just glitch in the same spot
This was reported before but it was not reproducible. If you can report it with reproduction steps over https://bit.ly/Tekkit-2-Issue-Tracker it'd be useful!
I really wish aplied energistics 2 was included.

You can always add it yourself manually, or check out Logistics Pipes :)
Search for my Tekkit2 Custom pack. It doesnt have AE2 but it has Refined Storage.
I don't know if it's just my problem but the galacticraft oil doesn't generate in the world and when you put it in creative it's invisible
The BuildCraft oil replaces it in Tekkit 2. Nevertheless the rendering issue was reported and will be fixed in future updates.
Do you think about adding the Applied Energistics 2 mod?

It will probably not be added, it is recommended to use Logistics Pipes or Project Red instead, you can look up tutorials :)

Wrench icon next to the search bar -> enable Hide Ingredients Mode. When enabled, click on hidden items (marked in red) to unhide, and then disable Hide Ingredients Mode.

No as Tekkit 2 is a sequel to the original Tekkit that is now known as Tekkit Classic.
Can you please tell me what mod changed the LAN system or tell me where to find how to use it? i tried to play with a friend, i'm using hamachi, and i they cannot join using what i believe is the port.
Universal Tweaks changed the LAN settings in version 1.2.3.
Trying to make a dedicated server with the download but the launch.bat thats included just opens the cmd says i hope you are using java 8 then says press any key to continue and shuts and doesnt launch the server and when i double click the forge.jar it launches the usual server launching window but it has errors loading mods and says somthing about missing signatures, anyone know anysolutions to this or has a yt video guide specifically for tekkit 2?

If I may make a suggestion
add some Galacticraft addon's like More Planets by SteveKunG or possibly Galaxy Space
given Galacticraft is one of the big additions for Tekkit 2 I think they would fit well.

I'm not familiar with mods and java and I wanna know if there's a way to update the version off the modpack by adding one by one or need some code to make every mod work each other. Sorry the english, thanks for the mod, I lost some nights play this awesome modpack

They are intentionally not a part of the modpack, but feel free to add them manually :)
