Why Cant i install the modpack?
How do i allocate more ram to this modpack? I have updated Java and i have 16GB of ram. even on my pc with 32GB it wont operate it.

I had a problem with Ram also where it says it could only use 1 GB of RAM. I fixed it by uninstalling the java I had at the moment and installing a 64 bit version of Java. Apparently the Java version most people download is 32 bit rather that 64 bit.
Greetings fellow blightfall players!! so! i had a bunch of locations unlocked via the transporter beacons. i logged back in today and they have all vanished. extremely upset and wanting to cheat them back in. someone please help me :(
Hi! Anyone know how to fix the island scanner aboard the jaded? One of the blocks got destroyed on ours and every time i put a new one in from creative it just shows the same piece of map! Anyone know how to fix this?????

I love the mod pack and map plus the work y'all put into it ,but what if I want to play on a random seed and survive that way?

That isn't the point of the modpack. However, I do wish that they would openly release all the mods in here for use (or if they already did, then I do wish that people would use them)
Hey. i just wanna ask if the version 2.0.3a lite can be fixed. Ive played this modpack before it was an official Technic modpack and i LOVED it. Amazing game. but now i cant. too many updates are borken and now im on an HP laptop and its too big. I was hoping the update with "Lite" would be smaller. Please help if there is anyway to get it to work on here. And no i really cant allocate anymore room since this laptop can barelt handle most modpacks anyways

I don't konw myself but I would suggest posing your question on the forum, or hop on the discord channel and ask for help there.
This is bullshit, I have 8 gb of ram!!!! It says I need 2 to play! FIX IT!!!!!
your computer is running a version of java which restricts the amount of Ram you can allocate, you will have to fix this on your computer before you can allocate more Ram

To change the amount of RAM that Java uses, click on the Launcher Options in the Technic Launcher, it has the gear icon next to it. Under the Java tab, increase the amount of RAM you would like to allocate to MC.
You also need to make sure that you have a 64-bit version of Java installed.

Alright, now, this is going to seem like a weird question, and I know it probably is, but I can't figure this out on my own. To be as blunt here as I can, I really like Blightfall and the combination of mods you've used for it. The problem is that's leading to this is that while I enjoy the story and questing, even if I'm nowhere near half-done, I want the chance to play around with it in a sandbox type of environment. I've tried different types of setups for this goal including the removal of Lockdown, Perfect Spawn, and Terrain Control, as well as re-creating the mod pack using a clean Forge install and the mods and config alone (Minus Lockdown, Perfect Spawn, and Terrain Control). However, all of these attempts have failed. The former still spawning me on the Jaded with a pre-generated world, while the latter works up until I join the singleplayer game and receive an unhandled exception in the form of lacking an opengl context. The latter of the errors I have tried to resolve on my own, but all provided solutions were updating the graphics drivers, which is not the case as I have tried that. So here comes the question, and I apologize for the time it's taken me to get here. Do you know how to disable the usage of the pre-loaded world and make the game generate its own, or could you please guide me in the right direction of creating a similar modpack for personal use? Thank you in advance for even reading this post if you do (Since it's hella long), and I hope not to be a burden with this.

Okay, well, I apologize for any rudeness created by this, but uh... I guess I don't need the help now. I... literally figured it out right afterwards. I went into the config for Lockdown and just told it to generate a world, and removed the line indicating the template path. I, uh... I'm sorry for any wasted time in reading the above post, and I guess I learned a life lesson here. Well. Again, I'm sorry, and thank you for your time and patience. I'm just... gonna work on disabling HQM and calling it a day.
install a previous version of Blightfall (one of the earlier updates before it added perfect spawn/lockdown) and have it generate the world, it won't include alot of the later updates but its the closest thing I can think of
Theres a much easier way to do this. Open vanilla minecraft. Set render distance to minimum and load a new world. exit, copy the world from your mc folder to the blightfall folder. Open blight fall, head a few chunks in any direction and it will start spawning new chunks.

My teleporter dont work anymore what do im suppost to do
That's happened to me, too. Just log out of your world then log back in. The teleporter should work then. :D
which part is no longer working? Are you unable to teleport? do you teleport and get stuck? can you no longer right click the waypoints? as beccakirby says most of the issues are fixed by logging out and back in or restarting MC
If you people want to play with only about one friend, then you could ask them to come to your house, and you could set up LAN.
Oh yeah, also, I cant find the block to control the airships with. I looked through the thaumcraft resaerch table, but couldn't find the silhouette. Could somebody tell me exactly where it is?
its a infusion recipe, I can't recall which page its on but its in there.
my friend and I would like to play this mod together, but cant find any servers with the biodomes and mothership stuff. if anyone has a server or a way to play together please tell let me know

the default blightfall map with the biodomes and continents is very small for a server so most servers generate new maps. If you want a "true" blightfall experience i would recomend setting up or buying a server to play on with your friend. Alternately run it on your lan and have your friend come over or use a vlan software like hamachi

This mod pack won't work for me no matter what I do it will load up for a while and then crash I have Windows 7 can allocate 5 gigs

the map is very small so not many places are doing servers.
