I accidentally changed my difficulty and the game is now "impossible" how do I reset it?

I googled Blightfall keybind c to find out what the hidden keybind is for that as it's interfering with my inventory button and recently caused my game to crash entirely. wtf is it, where do I change it? I want it gone/elsewhere. I saw there was a comment on here from the google search, but when I click the link the comment is nowhere to be found and I don't want to scan 66 pages to find something that might not be there as it was dated Jan 07 2010 and the only posts here are named "4 years ago" and there seems to be no way to search through commens on this miserable forum.

I click play, the minecraft window opens in 1.7.10 with the window being all black and a few seconds later says not responding and crashes. Don't know what to do. Any help?

Hey, so I've been playing for a while, and I tried making a Botanist Ethereal Bloom. The only issue is, the Runic Altar won't accept mana. I'm sure I put the ingredients in right, but it still won't work. I might need some help!

how do i get the server?

Well, this happened before and the pack worked fine but this time it isn't, did it maybe just overheat? OK so here's the story I had left my computer on with the game at the pause menu (there was one tab of youtube in the background which was currently paused). After coming back both of my screens were solid white/gray and the computer would not shut down normally or respond to any input by the keyboard or mouse. So, I hit the restart button on my computer and started windows normally. Until I tried booting up a world in Blightfall (the pack that was on pause before I left it alone earlier). When I try to do this it will say it's loading world for a second, and then bring me back to the title screen. I spent a LONG time working on this pack solo and I don't want to lose it now. Please help.
