Is there any way to increase the size of your hotbar? If not, do you have any plans to add something like the Dual Hotbars mod?

No, all chickens are prohibited in the pack.
Love the pack! What are some interesting ways to build energy? I just have and enderIO solar and some magmatic dynamos hooked up to a lava pump. I was looking to branch out and do a few different things, preferably perpetual.

You could use a portal gun for that purpose I suppose.
Is it possible to install a shader mod? When I tried the menu itself got 8 fps without even launching world. I was able to do it on previous modpack versions during the summer. I do not know why it is different now. Thank you for your time.

so why is it my game keeps crashing when i try and craft the golemancers bell?
Unfortunately this is a known bug but some modders stopped supporting 1.7.10 so it never got fixed. Cheat it in.
i actually figured out why it causes to crash. there are 2 versions of the golemancers bell theres one that says -1 with no mod listed and one that says 5164 with a mod listed. when you try to craft the golemancer's bell it forces you to craft the one that says -1 which causes your game to crash.
Is there any chance you might ever consider adding Thaumic Dyes to the mod?

Depends on the amount of players. For a few, 4 GB can suffice.

There is a way to make your own server. I made one myself. This page is the official server download for the mod-pack https://the-1710-pack.com/repo . Make sure to download the latest version. From there you can go about it 2 ways. The first one you will need to know your router password so you can use your personal IP. This video will help you get everything setup for your server. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0lP60jE7mfs . Basically do everything he says but instead of downloading the server from the minecraft website you download the server from the first site. The second way you can do this is to download Hamachi. Hamachi will allow you to skip most of the steps in the first method but I would recommend the first method. You can go to this site to download Hamachi. https://www.vpn.net/ . Once you have Hamachi downloaded you will need an account. Make an account with whatever user and password is easy for you. After that you can open Hamachi login and click on the network tab. Once there you will click on create a new network. It will ask you to create a Network ID and a password. You will have to get creative because tons of names have been taken for the Network ID. Make your password for your network something you can remember. From there your network will be created. Your friends will also need Hamachi. The free version will support up to 5 people per network. Your friends will click on join an existing network under the network tab and you will provide them with the network name and password. After all of that is done you can copy the IP next to the power symbol. Now you will open your server folder and open server.properties. Next to where is says server IP type in the Hamachi IP. Make sure that you didn't have any spaces. From there using the direct connection or save server option in the game you can join the server by using the Hamachi IP. I hope you can understand this and I hope it helped.

Whats the deal the BoP making it impossible to edit superflat worlds? Whenever i change the settings of a superflat it just reverts back to saying BoP and then when i start it its just a regular BoP world?

Okay so there's only one simple thing that's bothering me and it's with the morph mod. Every time I morph into a creature that can fly the game won't recognize that animal or creature that has flight. So basically I'm unable to fly when I turn into any animal or creature that can fly.

Or in other words I'm a flightless bat. I have the morph but I just can't fly with it lmao
The modpack is configured to allow Morph flight only after the player has visited the Nether.
How would one request a mod addition? I would like to submit a request for MCA, assuming the owner is open to requests?

The mod should be installed within the 1.7.10 folder inside of the mods folder.
