Why there's no advancements for many mods, like IndustrialCraft2 and Mekanism?
Hello there! i love the modpack, but since we have update for a major number of mods, is there any chance to update to 1.18?
Unfortunately no, the core mods of the modpack have not been updated. I don't think it will update past 1.12.2, as this is the last version to represent the original 2013-2015 era of modded Minecraft.
what is the best way to progress in this modpack, ive just started my world but im not quite sure what to do first, rn i have the tinkers construct smeltery

What mods in this pack change Villager Assets and functions? Im trying to use a specific resource pack that changes villagers but its conflicting with whatever mod is changing villager textures, so I need to manually change those assets.
No specific mod changes them as far as I know.

can Hesperus be replaced by Alfheim? even the author of Hesperus recommend to use the Alfheim (cause apparently they are lazy)
Alfheim is more cutting edge which has some potential downsides, in the meantime feel free to do it yourself and report back!
well, i didn't notice any downsides so far, nor i can report about upsides so far since i didn't have much problems before them anyway

why is this file "witchery-1.7.10-0.24.1.jar" placed in "resourcepacks" folder ?
That is how Witchery: Resurrected is designed to load the original Witchery assets.
Hey I've installed Sphax with the patch but the water is still vanilla textures?
Turns out that the mod Aqua Acrobatics was back-porting the new water colors from 1.13+. This can be fixed by changing "Brighter Water"=true to false in the aqauaacrobatics.cfg file. Sphax water textures should be showing again.
I also set "Brighter Water" and "New Water Fog" to false as well. Might be worth including this change in the next modpack update, as they are only graphical changes anyway? The default water looks gross lol

Sprinting does not work. Can't double tap 'w' or use 'ctrl'. Tried messing with the keybinds without any success
Sprinting FOV change is disabled by default, but the speed increase is still present.
When I play the modpack I have this really off putting depth of field I just want to know how to remove

any chance this modpack could get web displays? the mr crayfish tvs arent the best is all i know this modpacks already big enough haha

Any version after 152 will not work with Mohist, Magma, to get a plugins folder!!! It say not compatible with mods :??????

Anyone else spongeforge servers take a dump when the pack updated to 2860. Great way to wipe out all the servers
Was just wondering if anyone knew how the late game content is in this pack. Are there bosses to fight other than the ender dragon or is it mostly you make your own goals type of late game?

There's a Sphax patch, albeit it is outdated.
I love that you added tinkers are you planning on adding any other addons to make it so we can add additional modifiers?
You can get additional modifiers using Upgrade Toolkits!
If you're open to suggestions for new mods, have you considered Gauges and Switches? I would love to have some more options for Redstone inputs than the vanilla buttons and levers.

Anyone else having a client crash after landing on the moon? I cannot join the server at all now
This is fixed by updating the extra planets mod, I had to dig around for a few days to find this solution. The mod in the pack is version xxxx6 and the updated one is xxxx7, and that fixed it for me.
The next update of the modpack will include the updated version of Extra Planets that fixes this issue.
How do i get back now?
