Minor patch. Changes include;
+ Added RandomPatches (Should fix the error some users would get when connecting to a server 'An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host')
+ Added LoginShield (Prevents players from taking damage when they join so that they don't die while the world is still loading)
* Minecolonies now has a minimum distance from spawn before it can be created (256 blocks). Minecolonies no longer protect chunks.
* Mekanism has been tweaked. Digital Miner has been nerfed.
