I apologize for the issues with 1.6.3. There was a UI conflict between Techguns and FTB utils that I could not fix. In order to get rid of it, I have removed FTB utils. For server owners, please use plugins to perform those functions instead.

Fixed the batch file in new serverfiles so they won't use too much RAM. Had it set to 6 which caused crashes.
