Install Hack Slash Mine

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Hack Slash Mine) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Hack Slash Mine from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Everyone who loves this mod pack should read the news post by the Technic team. Sadly, as much as we all love this, it may not be updating to Java 1.8 or getting fixed. Post 2 days ago.

You should update it so it works for Java 1.8 (Please, I'm stuck not playing my favorite Modpack!).

For some strange reason whenever I try to open the pack it flashes the launcher closed for a split second (as though it was about to start up the launcher) and then pops back to the original "choose your modpack" screen. I'm becoming very annoyed with this and I have no idea how to fix it/make it work. Help?

I Launched The Modpack With Java 7 8 etc doesn't work anything when i see in console it says File Version.json Not Found Please Fix It Btw when i launch it its open but then it goes to the menu again

Fixed it with Derejcar's support. Just download java 7 then launch hack/mine with 7 selected in launcher options. Hope you all get to play!
