where is the download button

So on my computer it say {"status":401,"error":"Request Unauthorized"} when I get to the link it has. I have no idea how to fix this or any idea. Can someone help me please?

I can't get on the server a message saying i need to install a custom resource pack and when i say yes to "automagically" install it it takes me back to the technic launcher even though i have the pixelmon resource pack on. can you please find out what is wrong?

it keeps asking for a texture pack or something when ever I join the server and even if i say i want to automatically download it or not it puts me back to where i clicked play with no answers or things to download

I don't know if its Technic itself or what but its not letting me download the mod pack

I'm not sure if this is because the server is down, but the modpack is gone in the Technic Launcher and vanilla Minecraft is there instead. Does anyone know why???
