it keeps crashing on me. the longest it has run without crashing is 10 min. is there a way to fix this?

Does anybody know how to install it? The link it gave us doesn't work for me, and when I search up the pack one, it brings me back to the same page.

i installed the technicpack app and i had to pull it up from my files and then download the pack from there

I have installed the pack on the technic launcher but when I click on play the launcher is hidden then reappears after a couple of seconds. I feel like it might be because I don't have a gpu? If not does anyone know?
