Hexxit II updated to version 1.2.0

Big update time, yet again! Many bugs fixed and some interesting new features; did you ever want to go adventuring with your base in your pocket?

Changes:
• Added the Capsules mod, which allows you to do exactly that. Making a comeback from the first Hexxit, Capsules are back and you should use them!
• Major update to Chocolate Quest Repoured! You can expect to find some new dungeons, and a new boss - the Exterminator. Good luck.
(This update also includes many fixes to issues such as Cloud Boots fall damage, interdimensional Teleport Stone & Musket glitchs)
• Added HT's TreeChop mod (& removed Treecapitator). Punch a tree to see more. Also no more big tree issues.
• Slightly nerfed Hexxit Gear's Scale Armor.
• Many config changes & tweaks, such as spawn rate changes, meteor gear enchanting, and more.
• Updated 13 mods, which include many fixes, such as (finally) working Fairy Lights, non-glitched Battle Tower server Golem, and more.

* Please note that this update is incompatible with most Macs due to an issue with Chocolate Quest Repoured's most recent update. For now, use v1.1.0. This should be resolved in a later update.

The update is available now through under Latest in the launcher, and hopefully soon pushed to everyone using Recommended!

And another Idea of me and some mates is that it would be nice to have a config file for the effects of the hexxit gear. It makes it easier to balance it for pvp-projects in my opinion. There is for nearly everything a config, just not for the armors or if there is one i cant find it. Sorry if Im just stupid. xD lg

Unfortunately configurable armor values is not a feature in the Hexxit Gear mod currently!

The new Version is amazing. Tower Golems finally working and big fan of the scale armor change But could we get a buff for Tribal cause back than it was pretty useless and it still is. And is there a way to get Optifine? lg

Thank you for the feedback! And also you can feel free to manually add Optifine to your client :)

Also make sure you give the Tribal Armor's active ability a shot!

The technic launcher will not start the game if you any sort of optifine into the mods folder. It worked back in the day but isnt working for me at the moment for many modpacks.

Go to the "Help" section and open a ticket, we'll help you get Optifine installed! Alternatively you can get help on the Technic Discord :)

Hi xJon, thank you for the update and everything you have done for Hexxit 2 making it such an amazing modpack! However, I'm experiencing a slight problem with launching this newest version (1.2.0). Whenever I launch the modpack, a message popped up stating that "Minecraft failed to start!". As well as, "An error during startup prevented Minecraft from starting". It would be much appreciated to get some help fixing the issue and looking forward to finding a solution soon. Thank you!
