Install Hexical Future 4

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Hexical Future 4) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Hexical Future 4 from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

!!!THE RETURN OF CHOCOLATE QUEST!!!

Ladies and gentleman it is back! With the release of Hexical Future 4 V2.0 Chocolate Quest Repoured is now in the pack! Gone are the days of struggling with performance issues with Structpro!

The original Hexical Future was my take on an updated version of the Hexxit platform for MC1.6.4. Now Hexical Future continues on for 1.12.2!

Explore! Fight! Pillage! Upgrade! Fly!

Explore over 200 structures from chocolate quest! Not to mention randomized dungeons from DungeonTactics and buildings from Ruins mod and new dimensions from Atum2, Twilight Forest, and Dimension Doors!

Fight powerful enemies and custom bosses! DRAGONS! Infernal Mobs! Mutated Mobs! Grimioire of Gaia mobs!

Pillage! What's exploring without loot! Custom loot from battletowers, chocolate quest, relquary, megaloot and more!

Upgrade! Hexical Future 4 contains many tiered upgrade systems. Improve your furnaces, expand your inventory, improve your hoppers, improve your chests, upgrade your gear! But wait, don't just throw away that old armor! Waste nothing! Find some leather gear with unbreaking III? Disenchant it! Take that enchantment and throw it on some awesome dragon armor for cheaper than if you had enchanted it from scratch! Find some gold armor? Throw it in the forge and melt it back down to ingots and make some golden apples instead! Raid a castle and find your fourth Kraken Shell? Throw it in the grinder to break it down to its base ingredients!

Fly! Some of the best dungeons are floating wonders that can only be reached by flight. Craft yourself some fairy wings, batwings, or better yet dragon wings! Can't get wings? Don't worry, there are other ways to get around ;)

Things of note: I have been doing my testing at 32 extreme render distance with 8GB RAM allocated. You should be able to run fine with ~4-6GB without HD texture packs and lower render distances.

-- I go through phases, I won't play anything minecraft related for like 6 months, then I'll dive back in full tilt. If the pack hasn't been updated in awhile and isn't noted as final version, I'll be back to it eventually.
