I think I figured out the issue with the lag an constant crashing. Once again, It's the shader. Just delete it and there should be much less lag and no more crashing. I'll keep updating with more fixes for the lag as time goes on but at least now it should be playable.
This might work for some people, but if you don´t have any shaders pack enabled it shouldn´t be too much of a difference. Also the modpack running without lag or not depends a lot on the computer you are using.
I didn't have any shader packs at all though and it still appeared to be slowing down my laptop. Then when I deleted it from the mods it stopped crashing and I could actually navigate the main menu.
Whatever works I guess, glad it worked for you.

It gets really laggy when it is first launched, (after it gets past mojang, and is loading mods.) it gets to about the 5th phase of loading mods, and crashes. I have been waiting forever for this modpack to be fixed, and I have been looking for other ones like this for months. At least ever since it broke and I cant find one with all the mods I need/want like this one. Please. PLEASE, fix the modpack soon, we will be waiting thankyou,

so much lag.. my computer cant do 112 or more than 8 mod packs without lagging. is there a way to stop this lag?

*Sigh* I know this may sound demanding, but i've been waiting for this server for over four months. Please keep us updated. :( For all i know the server's just been forgotten about and isn't gonna be recreated.

Hi, thank you for your comment. The server hasn´t been forgotten, we have been working on it on and off because of school and personal reasons. I assure you that we are still working on it whenever we can and still intend to release it as soon as possible. Hi, It is nice to talk with you again. The woodland creatures mod wasn't updated for 1.7.10, for that reason it was not included in this version of the modpack. I will for sure email you the mod. It has been a while, we had a server for players to play and everything. I hope you are doing okay.
The pack crashes as it is loading for me and many other people. I suggest removing some less popular mods from the pack to make it less hard on players computers. Also, when I do manage to get on the server will not connect saying "Unknown Host."

its cause there isn't an actually server yet minxis. that's why it says unknown host
