Evidently Forge rewrote the fluid api with their newer versions which breaks most mods. I'm working on reverting the modpack back to a non-broken version. I hate updating Forge...

A warning to any DD server operators, Update 1.3.4 may cause an issue due to the removal of Moarsigns. If you have problems, PM me and I can walk you through getting back up and running. I can't make promises regarding a prompt reply though.
