+bad luck with oil? Craft some! Then just aether it. :D Added new recipe to craft oil incase you play oilless worlds or can't find any surface deposits.
+Added aether values to buckets of hollow tears and buckets of flowing spirit, but you still gotta make the potions manually to get them in the first place. :P
+added Aether values to tinker tweaks heads and various blocks from tinkers that missed out.
+Added aether to silver deposits and woven cruor so that the aether values would work for the various witch hunter armors and vampire armors.
+Added Aether values to goggles of revealed, warped goggles of revealing, Thaumium fortress, void fortress and void thaumaturge armors.
+Changed hunger to no longer be an instagib (because it made hunger causing effects very very powerful and op.) Now deals 2 hearts of damage each time it ticks and health regen is slower when low on HP, Hungering rate also increase 25% :V.
