Install The 1.7.10 Pack

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (The 1.7.10 Pack) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select The 1.7.10 Pack from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

The 1.7.10 Pack updated to version 0.8.0

The quest update is finally here! Yey! - New quests, new steps to current quests, new changes and new rewards (can be obtained through reward bags). - Added EnderCore and removed ttCore (replacement). - Updated all the mods in the modpack (38) to their latest versions. All the mods are up to date. - Changed a lot of configs (disabled broken modules of MPS, disabled new ore-gen by ProjectRed, and much much more). Currently set to "latest" - be sure to report any issue in the GitHub repo. And as always, enjoy!

Sorry for being so green at this and having to ask for help. Any online tutorials on how to update a modded server? Ive never done a server modpack update and I want to update from 0.7.9f to 0.8.0 Once ive done it once, i will never forget lol

You just replace all the new files from the server download with the old ones. Make a backup first though, so you'll be able to derp freely.

delete the mods, library folders and copy and replace the ones from the server download. if you do not delete these folders you will end up with multiple mod jar files and the server will not start properly

When will we see the updated server download? I am looking foward to this as me and a few friends are enjoying the modpack so much. Thank you.

The updated server files are always uploaded at the same time that the modpack updates. It's already available :)

Our donor cape hosting has been migrated as well, but a reinstall is needed for it to be updated. Apologies for the inconvenience.
