Install Tekkit

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Tekkit) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Tekkit from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

We are the server giong to be updated it says that it can't find mod version ?

the server is not work , in the server we can't use the tekkit's things ,only can use minecraft's things .

Wenn ich Tekkit lite weiterspielen möchte, bei meiner Welt. Gehen nie die truhen auf, oder beim abbauen bekommt man eben keine Item. Außerdem geht es auch nicht mehr zum speichen.

Das kann verschiedene Gründe haben: -Zu wenig Ram bzw. Arbeitsspeicher -Fehler im Modpack durch zusätzlich installierte mods -(ensteht durch Punkt 1): Lagging Aber vielleicht (ist unwarscheinlich) liegt es am neuen Launcher

It still doesn't work, it crashes before the Mojang logo even shows up.

When i try to start it it crashes because chicken-core couldn't be installed, so i decided to install it manualy which caused it to crash on start. i installed the old launcher where it works perfectly fine without crashes or other issues. So please fix it for the new launcher because this modpack is pretty awesome.

I'm glad I'm not the only one waiting on the server update. I run a private server for save-safety (Minecraft crashes when a block with a WR-CBE block on it is destroyed) and for WorldEdit. Plus it makes it that much easier to play with some friends. Looking forward to playing the update though!

Latest Update
Lumy Skin Patch has been updated to 1.0.13 so skins should be working again. Existing modpack builds were updated to the fixed version.
