Install Tekkit

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Tekkit) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Tekkit from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

An update to the server files (named Tekkit_Server_v1.2.9g-2.zip) has been pushed, which fixes a crash at start due to bspkrsCore failing an update check

I honestly don't think they will as a lot will change if they did (That and i think they are focused on other stuff)

high key feel like it would make the mod pack 100% better because this old version of mc almost makes the pack unplayable and its very hard to find vanilla ores or at least im having a hella of a time and my world generation sucks

Hey, i'm a huge fan of the Tekkit(main) modpack but i have to report a problem with computercraft, better sayed with the pastebin get command, you cant download a programm from pastebin. If you try you'll find a empty file :| can you please look for it? Have a nice day :)

Download [this ZIP file](https://github.com/tomodachi94/computercraft-pastebin-patch/releases/download/v1.0.0/computercraft-pastebin-patch.zip) and place it into %AppData%/TechnicLauncher/modpacks/Tekkit/resourcepacks, creating the final folder if necessary.

Anytime I try to open it, it opens in another window with a flashing red screen. I'm running this on a Mac, if anyone has any solution please help me !

I keep crashing in all my worlds, and I'm not sure why. It happens with every world I make eventually. I have the crash report if anyone would like to help, as I am terrible at understanding the reports

Latest Update
Lumy Skin Patch has been updated to 1.0.13 so skins should be working again. Existing modpack builds were updated to the fixed version.
