Just wanted to say when the pack gets situated maybe you could add a texture pack to this? I think something like Soartex Fanver would be a nice addition to this pack :)
I will probably not include a texture pack, for a few reasons. One is that texture packs seem to take a long time to download in Technic packs, since there are a lot of files. In every update, you would have to re-download the texture pack. Another is that the texture pack would not support all of the mods. Most texture packs include only assets for vanilla Minecraft, so any other textures would look out of place.
You can download a pack yourself and put it in the modpack, it works like normal. Just be aware that not every texture will fit with the texture pack.
I have a side project which is a texture pack, and I will add support for all the mods, but I don't know when it will get done or even if anyone will like it. So I won't include a texture pack with the modpack, but you're free to use one yourself :)
What would you guys like to see a tutorial on? Are there certain features that are confusing, or just need a guide on how to do something?
Sorry dude, something went wrong with my bandicam so it wont let me buy the full version till i get a new pc :/ And im going to be moving to ny over the next couple months, so you might wanna get someone else to do a mod review for you. :p Its still a great pack though.
That's fine, I understand. Thanks for trying anyways though :) I'd be nice to have a video, but I don't absolutely need one, so don't feel obliged. Anyways, I'm glad you like the pack!
Hello, ModPack Creator? Can I get a mod list? or how many mods are in the pack to begin with? Thanks!
Well, there are 52 mods, and there is a list at the end of the "Permissions" page
Thanks for replying to my comment, it helped a lot, i think an interesting mod you could add would be the carpenters blocks, mainly because of the few resources needed to make them. But thats just my opinion, also: What is your stance on somebody using this for their youtube series?
Carpenters blocks might be cool, you could make cool buildings with it... the only problem I have with it is that you can just right click one with the hammer and break it, but that would only be a problem on multiplayer. I'll consider it. For the video: It would be awesome if you used it for a youtube series! I could put it on the modpack page if you didn't mind, so people could learn how to play it and stuff.
I Gotta say, i am in love with this modpack, the only thing im having trouble with, is that i got hypothermia, and i cant get rid of it? Any advice?
There are a few things, but pretty much anything hot will help that. At 95 degrees you get hypothermia, above it it will wear off. Cooking furnaces will raise your temperature, and water will drop it very quickly, so be careful of that. Also drink water in cold biomes makes you cold. I hope that helps!
You can also reply here to tell me any bugs or recipe conflicts. I will try and fix them, but I need people to tell me about them first, so If you find one post it here.
What do you think of the mod pack? It it too hard, does it need more guides, or a certain mod? Please tell me!
