Tekkit Classic Version 3.1.2

I'm using Multicraft to run a server, but I just get this: "[Server] SEVERE Unable to process our input to locate the minecraft code" (Then a bunch of other stuff) Here's the full log : http://pastebin.ubuntu.com/25474789/ Anything I'm not doing right? Is it just because it's a linux? For now I'm going to run it without Multicraft, but I would like some help as soon as anyone reads this.

does anyone know if there is a MCedit or somekind of a similar program that would work with techinc classic *need it becouse my friend made a mashine that overflew and it threw out so many items on ground that server keeps on crashin as soon as he logs in or if anyone gets near* (if you know any other solution please tell ^^)

Why is the tekkit.jar in a rar file?

Why is it when I download the server download I dont get a server properties folder and whenever i click launch it says I dont have enough space to run whatever when I have plenty of space? If you have a solution let me know because I can not host the server without the server properties folder.

Hey all having issues with my private server. Everything is all setup right but when my friend tries to join through my WAN IP he can see the server fine but when he clicks to connect its lags out and get this error messages like "disconnect.endOfStream" and "[INFO]lost connection: disconnect.genericReason" Ports are all forwarded and i have searched everywhere online looks like heaps of people with this issue but cant find a fix. Any help would be appreciated

First started playing about 3-4 years ago now still playing i love tekkit classic so much dont read my forum name idk why its like that i dont rember having it but yeah if admin could change my name to 1234kenn1234 i would be happy. But anyways Still loving it Awesome.

could someone help me with why sphax PureBDcraft texturepack for tekkit classic causes tekkit classic lag at 0.5fps? I allocated 3gb of memory and have plenty to spare. I reinstalled and that didnt help. I tried the exact same texturepack on my other pc without issues. I got 2 gb vram so thats not an issue. can someone help?

You all know that almost every mod of Tekkit Classic is updated to 1.7.10, right? You can build a Tekkit Classic 1.7.10 modpack with less amounts of legacy Minecraft issues. That is what I did.
