Install Tekkit Legends

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Tekkit Legends) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Tekkit Legends from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

CanVox can you please tell me how to recharge me Power Suit With RF I cannot use Energetic Infusers because the mod isn't installed can you install it or tell me how you can recharge things with RF

All that crashes are bad, All them buggy crashs break the morale. Crash on inventory open Crash on [all] menu open Crash on inventory search Crash on join Crash on comment. Seriously, fix pls, stop updating BC pipes

why your modpack does´t start. when i start it i come to the launcher back. Sry for my enlish (i´m german) I have 4 gb ram for Launcher the java 1.7 and 1.8 what is the problem?

The power converters mod is bugged with this type of ic2. Would recommend replacing it with version 3.0.4.47

yeah theres something wrong with the converters. if i try to convert from EU stored in a batbox (32 EU/t) to RF with a LV MV or HV consumer then the consumer blows up immediately. it only works with an EV consumer. seems that the versions of ic2 and power converters are not compatible.

Please can you add Opis to this pack. Mainly as a server owner I need to track down where laggy points are on the server and this would help greatly

Thermal expansion needs to be added anyone who is trying to use Buildcraft mods has no way of moving power without using teleport pipes or using an energylink to convert the power to EU and then back to RF thermal expansion would solve alot of these issues as well as adding some more Tech to Tekkit if you dont add thermal expansion big reactors may aswell be removed as nothing requires that amount of RF unless you are going to convert it to EU but in that case you could make a standard nuclear reactor i hope you take my opinion into account as so far this pack may as well just be Tekkit Classic 2.0 when an optional update for Tekkit classic could have been made available instead

Thermal Expansion would be a wonderful addition to the modpack since there is also (only one of them) the problem where the railcraft industrial steam engines produce an excessive amount of RF in comparison to anything that could transfer the energy out of them. You end up wasting steam. It ruins any point to it.

BC Kinesis Pipes and Engineer's Toolbox Flux Pipe can both carry RF.

To PLOWMANPLOW Yes i realise that BC kinesis pipes can carry RF however they are useless past 5-6 blocks as they lose power very easily a full 2048 RF can be lost in 10 blocks i have not dabbled in engineers toolbox to much as i havent gotten to that stage but even the cheapest conduits in thermal expansion while may not be able to transfer much at a time can allow you to power an area as they do not loose power of a distance

Hey, why don't you just use BC pipes to get to an energy link, at a short distance, and from there, use glass fibre cables? They have a much longe range, with almost zero energy loss.

REVENANTBACON i stated that and to be fair it is also big reactors which need thermal expansion cables as their is now way to use it without using Ic2 cables which means either big reactors should be removed or thermal expansion added and also the redstone armour added needs RF to charge which means the only way to charge it is with a universal charger which is very buggy at the moment and i did say that an energy link is an option albeit an annoying option

Thermal Expansion is a good idea. What about EnderIO though? I am aware about the 'glitch' beetween EnderIO and ProjectE btw.
