Updated everything that could be.
This is the final version. The Official Server is gone, however, feel free to make your own.
Fixed the extra utilities portals.
Reupdated the nags.
Due to options, such as TInker's Lumber axe, Thaumcraft Axe of the Stream, etc., etal., I am removing Treecapitator.

Binnie's Mods (Extra Bees/Extra Trees/Botany/Genetics) need an update before I can consider updating Forestry, If you feel you can live without Binnies, let me know as a response to this.
It seems the HEE endermen won't drop Ender shards while in the End. After getting an entire resonant satchel of ender pearls I figured I need to add a recipe.
Updated nags
Tweaked some more of the ExtraTic stats. Hopefully some of the other materials are actually viable for general use.
Updated all the nags and a couple extra besides.
As always, the server is also updated.
Updated Botania, Buildcraft and IC2 Nuclear control. I'll go through the rest of the mods in a week or two, or three, or ten as I'll probably be bingeing on Fallout 4 for that period of time.
