Updated Botania, Buildcraft and IC2 Nuclear control. I'll go through the rest of the mods in a week or two, or three, or ten as I'll probably be bingeing on Fallout 4 for that period of time.
Tweaked Enderium/Lumium/Signalum stats in TC further. Removed Periodot as it's not actually a thing with Bluepower.
Added shapeless recipe to switch Yellorite to Uranium 238 and back.
Added shapeless recipe for bacon cheeseburger that can use TC bacon. Yay Mysterious tasty treats.
Put Forge Essentials in the base directory of the server file. Your choice to use it or not. I personally don't. If you do want to use it, plunk it into the mods directory and configure away. Updated the Server's Readme with additional optional parameters that may help in making your copy of the server perform better.

Updated fastcraft and botania.
Added Forge Essentials and Morpheus
Essentials is left unconfigured so server owners can set it up to their own liking,
Finally nerfed signalum bows/crossbows and fixed some of the other material stats. Still have to fix others. This is something that is going to be an on-going series of adjustments. FEEDBACK REQUIRED!
Made the automatic sieve recipe more expensive, and consume more power. I don't want to eliminate automatic ore systems, but there's a reason I have so much ore generation in the pack. I'm not budging on this, so don't complain.

Fixed one of my Minetweaker scripts. 9 flint in a grid to make one gravel now works. Tweaked Iguana's further, overriding a handful of materials and disabling harvest level tweaks for now. For Now. I'll re-enable the harvesability after I tweak the crap out of it.

Big Reactor output has been nerfed. Fuel lasts 5x as long but produces 4x less power.

Official Server rules:
1: Treat other people and their belongings like you want to be treated. If you don't want your stuff stolen, then don't steal other's belongings. I have a no tolerance policy on theft and griefing.
2: PvP must be consensual between both parties. I have a no tolerance policy on theft and griefing.
3: I may own/operate the server, but I am not Op unless I temporarily do so to from the server's console.
