Install Shadow of Middle Earth

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Shadow of Middle Earth) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Shadow of Middle Earth from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

The year is 1401, It is a new dawn for the world of Middle Earth. The Peace Treaties are falling apart and orc attacks are becoming more frequent. The old ruins are coming to life, most adventurers that enter them never come back out. The nights are darker then ever, it is almost as if a shadow is coving the lands. By some magical means your character gets dragged into this world. Using all sorts of magic you can unite or kill the already unstable factions.

These old ruins are rumored to be remains of the Old World. In this "Old World" stories tell that during the night; zombies, skeletons, creepers, spiders and enderman ruled the world. In recent times, people rumor that the dungeons are now alive. Nobody has been brave enough to check it out.
