Tweaks
+/- Modified the OSAS resource pack to use numerical IDs instead of their name IDs. This allows Optifine to immediately read the weapon and change its texture if it has a custom texture assigned to it, instead of having to reload the resourcepack.

After a long while of troubleshooting, it seems to be working and be (somewhat) stable!
A couple things had to be done:
Removals:
- The Betweenlands: It was too beefy for the modpack theme and didn't particularly mesh well with other mod's capabilities.
- The Aether II: While nice, the incomplete state didn't allow it to bring much to the table.
- Embers Rekindled + Mystical Mechanics: While nice, a consensus was agreed on to remove it on grounds that it became a bit of a hassle to use and progress through.
- End Reborn: Several entities caused fatal crashes with no fix in sight, and thus had to be removed.
- Glacidus: Similar reasons to The Aether II.
- Infinity Item Editor: Superfluous mod that is overtaken by FTB Utilities `/nbteditor` command.
Additions:
+ The Aether: Smaller and feature-rich, the original Aether mod takes it's successor's spot in this modpack!
+ Color Utilities: Allows the use of the Section symbol (ยง) in chat and textboxes, for tex formatting purposes. Largely client-side, but do note that using this on symbol on servers that do not have it installed will result in an automatic boot in most cases.
Tweaks:
+/- Many, MANY config changes that are too numerous to even mention!
+/- Modified the OSAS resource pack, adding some new weapon skins!
+/- Modified the scripts accordingly to the changes.

Added several configuration tweaks; Quark's Matrix Enchantment got some slight buffs, Mowzie's Mob's Lantern spawn rate got nerfed, added EMC value to a handful of items, added some scripts that add Bewitment's Moonbell as a craftable flower due to the nature of the pack, as well as recipes for the creative-only lanterns.
Streamlined some scripts due to ineffectiveness with certain bugs, and resumed cleaning out unused configs.

Added CraftTweaker2, SpawnTableTweaker and LootTableTweaker, along with some small scripts: these disable Midnight Sporebombs as they cause fatal crashes in servers, as well enabled a mob to spawn in certain biomes to make things more flavorful.
As well this version brings some edited values for Ice and Fire's Dragon den/cave generation to make them slightly less rare, as well as the addition of EMC to several shared items/blocks.
