+/- Replace LootTableTweaker with LootTweaker for more flexibility.
+/- CraftTweaker edits:
- Removed End Guardian spawn due to server-based crash reports from the mod.
+/- Made End Shards craftable with 9 Popped Chorus Fruit due to removal of End Guardians.
+/- Edited Angry Enderman and Watcher spawn weights.
+/- Shulkers now spawn naturally in the End.

> Added EMC to End: Reborn and Chococraft. Aether II EMC is pending.
> Made End Islands in the overworld nearly thrice as rare from vanilla values.
