Version 5.0.11

Posted

Replace Health Bar mod with Custom Health Bar mod, a port of Colorful Health Bar for 1.7.10. Also some config tweaks to Reliquary, Backpacks, SGCraft, and a change to Ender IO Energy Conduit transfer rates:
Old: 2500/2500000/25000000
New: 5000/500000/50000000
Fixes T2 conduits being disproportionately potent, and makes other conduits more potent to allow for larger energy setups.

Version 5.0.1

Sizable "nerf" to the output of Big Reactors turbines and reactors. Quotation marks because they were easily capable of exceeding their own output limits, which is useless.

Version 5.0.0 is here. It may seem like we skipped a few versions but let me assure you that there's a very good reason for that: The pack's version is now synced up with its config zip version (version 4.X.Y would've conflicted... It's complicated because I'm terrible at version control).. Also a host of new mods (see the list for deets). And some minor behind-the-scenes shuffling of various assets to ensure future config-only updates will deploy and launch faster. Hopefully.

Version 3.9.2

Posted

Woo boy, this is a little big one. Extra Cells was removed due to, ah, bad behavior. New mod called Village Names was added, which backports all sorts of fancy stuff to my beloved 1.7.10. Reliquary is in again after, what... 3 years of being out? Custom recipes across the board, which means the MineTweaker script that powers the whole pack is now coming up on 500 lines of sweet, sweet ZenScript. Bunch of other things too. Much too much to mention in a change log that nobody reads. Oh, and there's some new textures for some things which until now have been lacking them! Also, villagers are reverted to the vanilla look but still use the Sphax sounds. This is due to the way Village Names handles their look for the purposes of professions etc.

Fixed a small oversight that made Darksteel tools incorrectly have less power storage with a T3 (Octadic) capacitor when compared to a T2 (Double-Layer) Capacitor. Whoops.

This is the QED update. Most of the higher-tier things (TARDIS, Power Armor) have been moved to the QED for crafting, along with new/updated recipes. This update removes the dependency on the TARDIS Lab entirely, as there are some unresolved bugs. In theory, the Lab should work for most standard things still, but it's recipe has been disabled and it's hidden in NEI, along with a lot of other WIP and/or broken blocks and items. Finally, to facilitate this update, Mod Tweaker 2 has been re-added. Again. For the 11th time I swear.

Oh, and Stirling Generators had their output reduced after I erroneously uploaded the configs with my debug tweaks.

Woo boy, where to begin. For starters, a couple mods have been given the boot, due to wonky behavior and/or just being redundant. Added in some custom music discs. Re-added Armourer's Workshop, for cosmetic bliss. Rebalanced some configs. A lot of new/changed recipes. Lots of other little things I've surely forgotten, along side the cleaning up of the core Minetweaker 3 script. Lots of stuff.

Version 3.6.6

Posted

Tweaked some of the configs, specifically relating to the Health Config mod, and added Health and Damage which enables (permanent!) health and damage upgrades to be crafted. Additionally, I've elected to start including the official resource pack, which is a customized and patched version of BDCraft's Sphax. Most blocks and items are textured and it's in 64x resolution for a fair balance of performance vs. looks. It even has sounds! Lastly, Health Bar mod has been added to fix an annoying glitch with the increased health amounts. It's now shown as a numerical display by default but can be cusomized in the configs (future versions will overwrite any changes so be sure to back the up!).

This marks the 3rd major rehash of the pack, and thus a new major version number. Hopefully, with the changes made, I won't have to update this for a while. This is, for all intents, a brand new pack, so expect bugs. Lots of them.
