I cant complete the 'magician level potions' quest. I made the potion as it told me to and got a potion with speed II and flight, both for 2:40. However, the quest book doesn't accept it. Am I doing something wrong?
Does it have all 8 charges, or did you drink some of it already?
How do I drink the water in my barrels?

You can't drink directly out of the barrels. There's a quest that teaches you all of the ways you can get drinking water. The icon for it looks like a cup.
on the 3rd quest in the book it said i need 12 slabs and when i get 12 slabs it said i had 2 slabs so i gave myself 64 slabs still didn't work,got a new quest book didn't work, got slabs of every single wood and still didn't work! Please help!
I've heard of this problem before, specifically on this quest, but I've never been able to reproduce it. Just giving yourself the slabs won't do anything - you have to craft them in a crafting table.
I've changed the requirement from 12 slabs to 1 slab. Hopefully that will avoid the issue.
I played for about 4 hours on this magnificent new world that was finally starting to come along, then a stray skeleton sniped me off my bridge and before i knew the game had crashed. When i logged back onto tekkit, it turns out that world itself was completely deleted. What do i do now?

That's what happens when you run out of lives in hardcore. At that point you have to start a new world. Learn from your mistakes, and try not to die. The quests hand out quite alot of extra lives. Hardcore is going to be optional in my next modpack.
Is there anyway to make trees grow faster near the beginning of the game?, for I find myself standing for days waiting for the tree to sprout.

I know your feels. The last time I started a world it took 40 minutes for the first tree to grow. This will be fixed in my upcoming modpack which is a spiritual successor to HMS called Defiance of Fate.

Wifi quest? I'm afraid I don't know which quest you're talking about. Can you send me a screenshot of the task page where you turn the quest in?

If so, you don't need to worry, as that's the last quest in the AE line anyways.

my quest book it not leting me go back
Like the end of the intro says, hit right-click to go back a page. They made that easier to do in HQM for 1.7. The correct map will automatically be created for you, all you have to do is create a new world.
do i make the world defualt or void ?
Are there any servers for this modpack? I cannot seem to find any

I have not heard of any public servers for this pack. I have had reports of successful private servers.
If I fall off with my quest book, is there a way for me to get another one?
Yes just find the crafting recipe!
