It also includes a handy tutorial to teach you everything you need to know about modded skyblock. Complete the quests and get free lives, or ignore the quests and hope you don't die! This modpack is intended to be played on hard. It does not support adding or removing mods (this will mess up custom items and recipes, although client mods such as Optifine or Damage Indicators would be fine). To get started open the quest book in your inventory. There is no map to download, just start a new game and the map is created for you!
