One way to get around this would be to replace spawners in schematics with command blocks that set spawners instead. However, when loaded through placemod, command blocks lose their data.

Recurrent complex is also a possibility, however it requires structures to be in a proprietary format. So everything would have to be double converted in order to get it to work. On top of that it just straight up can't handle larger structures, it just crashes the game when you try to load in the schematic.
