Packs should include a permissions tab which can be made by editing the permissions box in the pages tab. A permissions page lists every single mod in the modpack a link to the mod thread and the name of the author. (Example: Sync - iChun - ichun.us)

Dont forget to properly credit the mod makers be including a permissions tab.
