i also have issues downloading on technic launcher

Hello! I'm sure you're aware since others are saying so, but I'm receiving the error message others are speaking of. Is there something on my end I need to do to fix this?

It gives me an error when trying to download. "Error downloading a file for the following pack: RLCraft Deluxe Edition Failed to download (dropbox link) Please consult the modpack author" plz help

It isn't allowing me to install your rlcraft pack, it says to contact you
