it wont let me update...it says error with tc-redux and says to consult the mod author

Could your repair this issue by removing hydration cell and putting coolant cell in it's creation place?
Hello, i found one problem in this modpack. I was trying to create overclocker upgrade, but i found myself in corner as I cound't create coolant cell. When I tried old tekkit classic recipe, it created me hydration cell, which has no purpose.
