please can you update the pack "dragon block C kai"?

it finally updated and I thought it would work but now when I try to update it the percentage goes negative and it says it failed to download the drop box, it also says to contact the mod owner.

when I load it up the server has an x on it and says I'm missing mods, but the technic launchers mods come from what the owner installs, so why is it saying I'm missing mods, and how do I fix this?

some one came in the server with a new mod and now i cant get in and the mod is custom npcs

I think I was banned from the server, but I don't know what I did. could you please tell me what I might have been banned for?
