Thanks for the bug report, I'll try to fix it in the next update!
Won't let me install. Won't show up when I try and search it, and it says that the API link is broken. :/

It works fine for me, I'm afraid I can't help you too much, is it the only pack or are other having the same problem? Have you tried to follow the instructions in the Overview, under "How to Install"? Have you tried the Stable version of the pack (YouNeedThisModpack v2)?
It says 'Offline' on the install button
What do I do? I haven't played minecraft or used techniclauncher since May 2013!

It doesn't for me, I don't see why it shouldn't work for you, is it the only pack or are other 'Offline'? Have you tried re-copying the URL? Have you tried the Stable version of the pack (YouNeedThisModpack v2)?
Is this modpack not available? I can't seem to download it for my friend

What server are you trying to join, I get that error only when playing on mineplex.com? What version of the pack are you using?
Pre-Installed Sphax needs to be in.
