Install Into the Wilderness

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Into the Wilderness) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Into the Wilderness from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Hey Zeldroid, I really love this pack. I am no mod pack enthusiast myself but this really opened me up to a new way of playing Minecraft. My struggle with mod packs is my lack of understanding their functions. When I start a game of survival with my brother, the mods come natural and we enjoy exploring the fresh aspects of the game. That being said, I wish there was a way of discovering the functions of more complicated mods you have added. It takes away from the experience when I have to go look it up, but nevertheless, great mod pack.

Click server download on the right below the Likes and Followers icons. Then when you do that you can use LogMeInHamachi or port forward your server to your friends.

I really like this pack. It is fun, not too busy and hectic. Easy on the system (does not require a beast to play). Only thing I wish there was, was a sever for folks to play together on but otherwise keep up the good work. :)

Great modpack! but I was wondering, for the people who like to build houses/settle down a bit can you add MCA (Minecraft comes alive), carpenters blocks and mr crayfishes furniture? you don't have to, just a question
