Updated Pack name from Reborn to Rebirth (afterall it is like the 5th time...) Also added lootr mod to help with earlygame use of collecting resources. Not sure how it will interact but we will find out.

Swapped paneedahs weaponslib for the og vmw square version to reduce client crashes and instability. Hopefully fixed
