So since Adv Solar Generators are removed, how does one obtain brine in mekanism for the advance ore refinement?
Nevermind, its just a smaller system using heaters and no pannels.
Whenever i try to install it this is what it says

I downloaded the pack, but i can't play it.. It will load, but then it just brings me back to the launcher

I would recommend allocating more RAM to Technic packs. You can do this by going to "Launcher Options" in the top right corner of the Technic Launcher, going to the "Java Settings" tab and set the amount of memory to at least 2.5, but 3.5 is recommended.
However, if what I said above doesn't work I would like for you to send me your logs. You can do this by selecting Voidlocke, then click "Modpack Options" just below the version number, and then click "Open". Find the logs folder, open it, then scroll down to the one marked as "Latest". Just copy and paste it into here and I'll take a look.
Oh, and as a sidenote, this pack may not work if you're using a Mac. A friend of mine has a Mac, and for some reason the same thing happens to him. So if you're on a mac, I'm afraid I can't help you. However, I would recommend looking into FTB Infinity or Blightfall as they are both very similar to this pack :)
