Greetings and Welcome!

We at Viper-Craft have been long-time supporters and users of both the Tekkit and Feed The Beast (FTB) launchers, as well as their high-quality mod packs. After our wonderful experience creating the first iteration of our Viper-Craft Galaxy mod pack, for Minecraft 1.7.10, we decided to go ahead and create another one for all you fans of Minecraft 1.10.2!

"So what's in this mod pack?"

So glad you asked! There's really something for everyone! We've got magic and manufacturing. Rockets to other planets and doors to corrupted dimensions. Extensive and detailed farming, cooking, and a multitude of things for you lumberjacks to do! It's really way too much to list everything here in our introduction, but you can go over to the "permissions" page and see for yourself!

*"How did you go about making this mod pack?" *

Well we have a very talented development team (not to toot our own horns) who have worked diligently to make this mod pack the best we possibly can. Viper01 and Nevercaught started out by painstaking selecting mods from the enormous amount of mods available, running them by the rest of the team to ensure everyone agreed before a mod was added. Lonissa then went and grabbed all the library's they missed and spent days troubleshooting, with the assistance of Viper01, to not only resolve crashes and interface issues but ensure every mod was pre-configured to work well with every other mod. Finally came a round of serious beta testing by the entire team using our own dedicated Windows server, housed in a US data center, to ensure the mod pack was stable enough for release to everyone.

In the end, we ended up with both a client and a server that we could be proud to put our names on. We’re supremely happy with this outcome and will continue to develop this mod pack for the enjoyment of our players and server hosts alike. That said, over 50% of the mods available in this pack are currently still in Alpha versions, so you may experience unexpected bugs! See our help area if you experience any issues.
