Victus is a magic/victorian era/frontier themed modpack with an official server that has an economy based around running your own ranch, or factory. It has Animania to make animal husbandry much more immersive, and immersive engineering for technology. You sell animals products, crops, food products you can manufacture or craft, and machines you manufacture to make money.
When you first start out you'll be a simple homestead selling crops to make ends meet, and as you progress you can build you base into whatever you want. You could make a cute little ranch, and raise animals the right way, create an exploitative, and destructive factory, or anything in between. Along the way you can also explore the various magics, and dungeons in the world, or meet some of the locals, and create a family. Child labor sounds fun right?
