in settings ingame go to options and set max fps instead of vsync, to get best performance :)

dont set your render distance to far+any high number, you will most likely experience the no chunk loading bug that will create like an edge with no loaded blocks/chunks. its fixed by relogging in again, but will happen quickly again if you explore, so recommend render settins are, normal+ any number, like normal+ 16 render. Quick bug i found :)

problems downloading try disbaling your anti virus :)
