Hi I have a ultra modded server that I got yesterday it's all set up but I can't log onto it as I just updated to the update with chocoquest, is there a new update for servers so that I can continue playing with on my server and have chocoquest and loo table bodies on it?!

Servers always have updates to go along with the client you silly person, go to the server download page.
Everyone asking when the server will be up, they are working very hard on getting it up. It takes time to get a server like this up and running so please try to be a little patient. We are all very anxious for it, believe me, I can't wait for it. But just keep the thought that they are doing all they can to get it up for us.
Any idea when a server will be up?

Is there way to disable the Jerry's Tree spawn on new worlds?
Do /#edit JerrysTree and make it save in /inactive, save that then load a new world.

No its just set to be unlocked after you kill the wither
Whenever I try to create a world my game crashes. Please help
Try lowering your settings prior to entering a world, or try to allocate more RAM.
I have my ram set to 7 GB
You could be allocating TOO much ram. Not sure, but just try to set it to 3 gb then test it. See if that works :o

set it to 4-5 GB that's what I use.

It has a different mod that kind of does the same thing. Gravestones were bugged so they added lootable boddies instead.
The graves weren't bugged, they were just useless because of how Advent of Ascension handles death.
well either way they weren't working with the pack.
Scrabbies if you read this, I want you too know that I would like to team up with on the server if you want. You seem pretty cool. Anyone else looking to team im always interested

Yeh. I have been a staff on decent sized servers before, and I have watched this modpack grow this much in just the past week, I would enjoy watching it grow even more along with being able to help out the community coming in and stuff.

Anyone else noticing how frequently they have been getting tornados?

Yes, I had one world where a tornado destroyed my house. Had another where it destroyed Jerry's tree. And hten termites at my tree the 3rd time.
Press 'Esc' in SP and change the config, should be up top. You can change how frequent cyclones/tornadoes spawn also if they can destroy blocks.
You know what would make it even more Ultra??? Pams and spice of life. having to manage hunger was a huge game changer for hardcore survival fans.
If CaptainSparklez adds it then the modpack will aswell. Asking him in the comment section of his videos to add it.
Ok so i try to load the pack though it says i need 2.5 GB RAM and I only got 1 GB RAM. How do i fix that?
If its your PC that only has 1 GB free you need a better computer, but if its your java not being able to allocate, update it to Java 8 64-bit
My computer is new so i dont think its that so its probably my java which I dont know how to update it.
Simply Google or Bing, etc. and search Java 8 64-bit, find the link by Oracle Corporations and then go and download it there.
Turns out after asking my father my computer just dont got enough GB which it should since its new which hes shocked himself.

you don't need a new computer. you need to install Java 8 64 bit

No... I'll use villagers for the most part... but if I get thirsty I might need a bit to get to a village. But it does mean I can be invulnerable to many enemies.
So with this group what mods will each of us focus on? I'll do witchery for the vampirism and then I think I'll focus on walking us through divine RPG
i will more than likely focus on Buildcraft, getting a horde of girlfriends :) and walk us though advent of ascension
I would like to join. I can focus with most of the magic mods like thaumcraft and Ars magic and so on.
Sounds good so far, I know how to do most of the mods in this, I am hoping that it has PVP, because there are lots of good weapons and spells :) plus vampirism is a win in PvP.

hahah, I was just teasing, i dont' mind if you need some blood in the beginning, but yea villagers and gf's are the way to go. Let's stick with this 5 man team for now. I think it is more than enough.

:-: I want to join. I am an excellent hunter. AND MANY OF YOU ARE LIKE. OH ROBOT, I CAN KILL PIGS AS WELL. well, when I become a wearwolf, I will take on huge bosses. this is my first stepp. Also I know my way around the forge, and very familiar with orespawn and divineRpg.
I am also an excellent shot with a rifle, and I can kill easy.
WE CAN HAVE A RAID PARTY FOR BETTERDUNGEONS
Robot, just so you know werewolves will be wrecked by the bosses in this pack, they just don't have as good of buffs as the vampires do, and there is the whole fact of dropping your armor... basically, I go vampire and then destroy all enemies usually.
Oh, and for early game weapons and stuff we need to rush amethyst from Orespawn.
so am I apart of the squad?

Hey, I know it may be too many people already but I'd like to join ya'll. I'm pretty good with building and if the server has Towny, I'm really great with towny commands and such. I'm also pretty good with Ars Magica & Thaumcraft, I'd sure like to get into Equiv Exchange 3!

Hey Amaxter, any news on the server? Sorry to sound a little impatient, I have a friend who won't play the pack in ssp but he can't wait for the server :P. Plus I would really enjoy being able to play with him and stuffs.
Is there any way to get around conflicting recipes?

Can you mention which recipes are conflicting? Please submit it as an issue on GitHub.
Please help me! When I click "play" it says that I do have the latest version of java, but it says I need 2 GB of space when I have 8 GB of space!
click on launcher options towards the top right of the launcher and then click the java settings, you can designate ram there, go to
Control Panel > System and Security > System to see how much ram you have free
Yeah I did it said 8.0.0 GB of RAM
