1.7.8
Ambience - Extras (Music Mod) by viniciusgf1
This mod aims to add customizable songs in Minecraft
1.0.2
Anger Management by Lothrazar
This mod does two things.
It can cause pigmen to become peaceful and calm when a nearby player dies, ending the cycle.
And it can make pigmen aggro on players when they mine certain blocks, with a percentage chance.
New feature: PacifyIronGolems is turned on by default which disables all aggro and damage from iron golems to players.
1.1.0
Anvil Patch - lawful by Lumber_Wizard
This mod intends to do the same thing that UpcraftLP and nerdhubmc's Anvil Fix does in a non hacky way. I made it because that mod has issues with Ender IO's upgrade recipes.
What this mod does, essentially, is modify the way the vanilla anvil logic is performed in order to completely negate the increase in the repair/enchantment cost for repaired items, and also remove the level cap on the anvil, so that repairs or enchantments at level 40 or higher can be performed.
It has a couple of issues, due to the nature of it not being hacky and using established Forge methods - it doesn't allow creative mode players to apply invalid enchantments to items (like feather falling on a stick, for example), and it doesn't affect some modded anvils such as the OpenBlocks Auto Anvil and maybe others. It should work with the Ender IO Dark Steel Anvil, as it uses the same vanilla logic, however I have not tested it.

Apple Trees Revived by Dav729
Adds a simple Feature to get apples in a realistic way, exist 2 types of saplings, each one generates an apple tree of both types of apples existing in minecraft:

Aqua Acrobatics is a direct port of the new movement features added in modern versions of Minecraft, most notably the swimming mechanic.
1.6.8
Aquaculture 2 by Girafi
Aquaculture 2 expands the fishing system in Minecraft with over 30 new fish to catch either with a rod (any modded or vanilla rod will work!) or found swimming in the wild. It also adds a series of new rods which allows you to equip hooks & bait for additional functionality. Customized fishing Line & bobbers are also available to make your fishing rod truly unique. Modifiers & customization items can be applied in the Tackle Box, which also allows you to store additional hooks, bait, line & bobbers.
Each biome type - even modded biomes - have new types of fish that'll spruce up your fishing experience and your world with fish mobs swimming around in rivers, ponds and the ocean! The fish caught can be turned into fish fillets, the amount of fish fillets will depend on the fish (Or weight, if the config option is enabled). Furthermore, you can get shiny new loot while fishing! (Including the fabled Neptunium tools or armor! (Configurable))
2.0.0.2
Aroma1997Core by Aroma1997
This is a mod required by most of my other mods, so you should install it, if you want to run any other of my mods. This is a library and it mostly contains functions that I use in my other mods. This mod on itself doesn't do that much.

All it does right now is:
- It adds the "/sleep" command (That will tell you who's not sleeping.)
- It adds the "/sleep inform" command (That will inform everyone who's not sleeping of that you want to sleep.)
- It adds the "/sleep kick" command (For operators it's then possible to kick everyone who's not sleeping.)
- It adds a command-based Mail-System: "/mail send " and "/mail read"
2.1.1.4
AromaBackup by Aroma1997
This is a very simple mod. It saves and backs up your world, so just in case some other mod corrups your world or a Supercharged Creeper explodes the key infrastructure of your base, you have a backup to restore your world from.
1.3-32
AutoRegLib by Vazkii
This is a simple library for Vazkii's mods. It automates annoying parts of modding, like registering items, blocks, or models. It also features a packet system and a bunch of random shared utils.
1.5.2
Baubles by azanor
Baubles is a small addon mod and api that is intended to be used by other mods to add additional inventory slots to a character.
It adds 7 new slots: an amulet, belt, head, body, charm and two rings slots. The baubles inventory is accessed by pressing the 'b' hotkey. It is probably a good idea to remap your normal inventory hotkey to the baubles inventory if you are going to be accessing it a lot.

This mod adds very little content itself - it is intended to be an addon for other mods and the only reason I included an item at all was to serve as an example for other developers. The Miners Ring has no crafting recipe and is only attainable in creative mode.
2.2-1.12.2
Bed Patch by Mordenkainen3141
Bed Patch is a small server mod that fixes the long standing vanilla bug that sometimes causes a player to get stuck in bed after teleporting or changing dimensions. When this happens you have no choice but to exit the game to get your character out of bed. This bug appears to have existed since at least 1.10.2.

Other mods like Bed Bugs have attempted to work around this issue by giving the player way to kick themselves back to the main menu. This saves time because Minecraft doesn't need to be restarted, but it doesn't fix the actual bug.

Bed Patch fixes the actual issue that causes the problem, preventing the player from getting stuck in the bed at all.

Every wondered if Invisibility in Minecraft made you truly invisible, and behaved a bit more like traditional video games:

No particle effects

Mobs and players can’t see you at all

Well, you’ve come to the right mod. Better Invisibility does all this and more, including a proximity sensor that removes the effect if you get too close, or if you attack, the ability to remove particle effects from Mobs, to add a blindness effect to the invisible player to provide additional difficulty, and a powerful in-game Config GUI that allows you to control all of these features and more.

Carry On is a simple mod that improves game interaction by allowing players to pick up, carry, and place single block Tile Entities (such as Chests, Furnaces, Droppers, Spawners, and your favorite machines from other Tech Mods) using only their empty hands. No items (or pickaxes) required. States, meta data, inventory and NBT data are retained. It also allows you to carry around smaller mobs!

Dynamic Surroundings by OreCruncher
Dynamic Surroundings alters the player’s visual and audible experience in Minecraft, and does not alter game mechanics. The player has a high degree of control over their experience, and modpack authors can customize biome and block effects based on their need.
3.6.0.0
Dynamic Surroundings: HUDs by OreCruncher
This mod contains the HUD features from Dynamic Surroundings. Because this mod duplicates features of earlier versions of Dynamic Surroundings, this mod is only compatible with Dynamic Surroundings versions 3.5.4.0+. If you have a version earlier the client will not start with a dependency error.

This mod is purely client side. If installed on a server no errors will occur, and Forge will ignore loading the mod. This makes it pretty safe to put into universal mod packs if desired.

The HUDs this mod provides are:

Compass. When held it will give you your current location as well as heading.
Clock. When holding a Minecraft Compass or looking at an item frame containing a compass a popup will inform you as to the date/time of the Minecraft world.
Season. Holding a Season Clock from Serene Seasons will tell you the current season.
Potion. Moves the potion HUD to a different location on the screen and gives more detail.
Light Level. Will graphically draw the light level of blocks around the player, and color code them as to safety.
0.9.29
Dynamic Trees by ferreusveritas
A growing tree is a multi-block structure of rooty soil, branches, and leaves blocks that has many advances over the Vanilla Minecraft tree structures. The formation of the tree starts with a seed. This seed is either planted by hand much like a Vanilla sapling or the seed has a chance of planting itself if left on the ground in a suitable location. The tree then grows from a sapling, slowly increasing it's size over time, into a full sized tree. The tree can then be chopped down at it's base and all of the wood claimed at once.
1.5.2
Dynamic Trees - Biomes O' Plenty Compat by mangoose3039
The Dynamic Trees mod makes vanilla trees beautiful, complex and realistic. It improves vanilla trees so much, that modded trees look unsightly in comparison. I made this mod to replace the trees from Biomes O' Plenty with dynamic versions so that they won't look out of place alongside the trees from Dynamic Trees.

Electroblob's Wizardry by electroblob
Greetings, wizards! Are you looking for a magic mod for Minecraft, but don't want the hassle that comes with many of the magic mods out there? Do you want to freeze skeletons solid, engulf zombies in slime, and pull creepers into an interdimensional vortex? Do you just want a cool hat to wear?

Then allow me to present to you... Electroblob's Wizardry
Wizardry isn't like most magic mods. It has very few crafting recipes and no complex constructions - instead, you progress by exploring and fighting. Find spell books, wands, and scrolls! Visit fellow wizards and buy rare magical items! Master the arcane and collect every single spell!

...actually, that last one might take you a while - there are currently 140 spells in wizardry and counting, and each of them is totally unique! If that's not enough spells for you, the way the mod is written allows for more spells to easily be added via add-on mods, or as I like to call them, spell packs. See below for a list of currently available spell packs. If you know how to program a Forge mod, you can even add your own!

As well as finding new spells, there is a world of upgrades, wands, armour and special items to explore - but I'll let you discover that for yourself...

To get started, you'll need to find a magic crystal (hint: you can mine them, but there is a quicker way to find one). Craft this with a book and you'll get your very own wizard's handbook, which will tell you everything you need to know.
1.1.0

1.3.1
FastFurnace by Shadows_of_Fire
This mod does a couple things relating to the vanilla furnace, blast furnace, and smoker so that they run faster during their update method, improving TPS.
Similar to FastWorkbench, it caches the last recipe used, and checks this recipe first before re-scanning the entire registry. This is significantly faster due to the vanilla furnace scanning the entire furnace registry each tick, which may be fine for vanilla, but in a modded environment, gets very large very quickly.
Additionally, the mod fixes a bug in serialization of the furnace, which would cause burn times above 32767 to be ignored during saving (as the burn time was cast to a short even through an int was written).
These changes apply to the Furnace, Blast Furnace, and Smoker. Mods should follow the same practices that this mod does in order to ensure fewer loops over the smelting list.
1.7.4
FastWorkbench by Shadows_of_Fire
This mod does a couple things relating to the vanilla workbench so that it runs faster and causes less network traffic.
Specifically, it caches the last recipe used, and checks this recipe first before re-scanning the entire registry. This makes shift click crafting operate much faster than before. It also lowers network traffic by sending a packet only when needed instead of whenever a slot in changed in the crafting grid.
The mod has a third function, which disables the recipe books that are part of the players, setting them to versions that do not do anything. This further reduces network traffic that was being wasted on a feature people did not even use.
However, these changes only apply in a vanilla workbench. Mod crafting stations should be caching recipes for performance reasons on their own, and this will not fix issues in the 2x2 player crafting inventory.
The no-op version of the recipe book invalidates the recipe unlocked trigger for advancements.
Mod support is currently a work in progress. Supporting mods MUST implement support from their end, and I'm making PR's to mods that have workbench-like crafting stations.

HelpFixer by MatthewPrenger
Some modded commands incorrectly implement a certain piece of code. This piece of code is used for sorting the list of commands alphabetically in the /help command. This incorrect code actually causes the /help command to break with an error that is vague and confusing.

HelpFixer changes the /help command to go around the offending code and sort the commands by a method that will work. HelpFixer also logs offending commands to the server log, allowing you to figure out who was causing the problem.
1.0.42

The mobs that spawn in the hunting dimension are not like the mobs that normally spawn in the game. They will have additional natural armor, higher amounts of health and do more damage. Players in the hunting dimension will also experience beneficial potion effects wearing off twice as fast as they should.

This includes a custom font renderer and certain code to allow for layered rendering of popups, transparency and other fancy effects. The core lib (NEX) also ships a simple-to-use vertex-based GUI renderer, allowing for anything from simple square designs to modern round edges and smooth gradients.

NetherPortalFix by BlayTheNinth
Ever played on a multiplayer server, built near other players and when returning from the Nether, surprisingly found yourself in another player's base? It's because of the 8:1 block ratio between the Nether and the Overworld. It's really weird though that you enter a portal in the overworld, and then when going back through where you came. come out of a different portal in the overworld. This mod fixes that issue.
It keeps track of what portals a player went through in order to ensure correct destinations when the player is going back through the same portals. This is honestly kind of hard to explain in text, even though it's a super simple concept.
1.2.2

Phosphor by jellysquid_
Phosphor is a Minecraft mod which works to optimize one of Minecraft's most inefficient areas-- the lighting engine. It works on both the client and server, and can be installed on servers without requiring clients to also have the mod. With Phosphor, the time spent generating chunks can be reduced by almost 50% for some dimensions, and server tick rate can be just as greatly improved by freeing up the CPU to work on other tasks.

Project: Vibrant Journeys by solis_nova123
Project: Vibrant Journeys is a Minecraft mod that aims to add some spice to survival without changing its core aspects. Instead of adding tons of new content in one direction, this mod focuses on adding content that overlays the current style of survival. Here, you will not find complex machinery, or magical spells, or a billion biomes, or too many dimensions to remember. You will find new building materials, new places to explore, and new monsters to slay. It does not aim to revamp or change the focus of survival, but rather to enhance it.
1.22.1.6
RandomPatches by TheRandomLabs
RandomPatches is a mod that contains a bunch of miscellaneous patches for Minecraft. RandomPatches only contains features that require ASM transformers. Tweaks that don't require ASM transformers go in RandomTweaks, which I recommend as a companion mod.
When installed on the client, RandomPatches should be completely compatible with vanilla servers, and when installed on a server, it should be completely compatible with vanilla clients. This also means that the client can connect with a different version of the mod to the one on the server. All patches are either exclusively client-sided or exclusively server-sided.
6.1.0.0-snapshot.1

Storage Drawers Unlimited by XaeronTheProtogen
Storage Drawers Unlimited is an addon for the Storage Drawers mod by Texelsaur. It adds drawer variants for all the wood types of quite a few popular mods and a few lesser-known ones as well. I was inspired to create this when I saw how few mods Texelsaur's own addon, Storage Drawers Extras, had support for, and, judging by how long ago its last update was, how small a chance there was of him adding more mod support.
0.4.9
Streams by delvr
This mod introduces real flowing rivers, with a true current, to Minecraft. These rivers are generated in the world using custom non-decaying flowing blocks and are much larger than anything the player could create using buckets. They originate in multiple sources and flow down the terrain through slopes and waterfalls, joining together into wider rivers until they reach the sea.

Stuff A Sock In It by DarkhaxDev
This mod allows you to set up filters for the game logger. This means that you can prevent certain logging messages from being shown in the console or client log file. This mod is intended for modpacks to use when they want to remove redundant information or other log entries that are not important. Utilizing this mod can make log files smaller, and also make actual errors and issues easier to find. In some extreme situations it can also slightly improve the load time of the game.

Performance:
SheepDyeBlendTable - Switches sheep color blending code to use a predefined table instead of the vanilla behaviour which is to do a recipe lookup.
Bug Fixes:
Max Rename Length - Fixes a bug where renaming long items in an anvil will cause the name to error out.
Misc:
Show Total Load Time - Displays the total game load time in the console. This lets you see how changing your game impacts load time.

Unloader by Unnoen
Unloader checks for unused dimensions every 30 seconds (600 ticks) to unload by default.
An unused dimension is classified by the dimension having no chunks or entities loaded. Once it finds one, it tells forge to unload it.
You can also blacklist dimensions so this mod won't touch them. Overworld is blacklisted by default.
This can free up tick time and RAM for your server or client! (Although it's not a whole lot... Don't expect it to magically fix everything.)
Also helps with TPS commands so you're not getting a bunch of dimensions appearing that you don't need to see.
This can be installed on server or client, but if you're on a server without this mod, you won't get the benefits.
