Server Rules:
Bans will now be based on a point system that will be tracked on the player's in game account. Total points a player is allowed to accrue is based on their Tier: Regular-3 Coal-4 Iron-5 Gold-6 Redstone-7 Lapis-8 Emerald-9 Diamond-10
Each first offense is 1 point...and will earn a 1 day temp ban.
A subsequent offense of the same type will be given an additional point (ie. caught x-raying first time is 1 point, caught xraying again is +2 points for a total of 3)...and will earn a temp ban where the days will equal the number of points earned from the offense.
Once a player reaches their total, reaches, not goes over, they will be banned.
So...for example: BadPlayer is caught xraying...they will get 1 point and a 1 day temp ban. BadPlayer comes back and is caught stealing from an area that is clearly owned by a player...they will get 1 more point and will be temp banned for 1 day. BadPlayer comes back and is caught xraying again...they will get 2 points, and since they are not subbed, they will be perm banned. (If they are Coal Plan subscribers...they would still be banned as they would have accrued 4 points in total)
In game - use /rules for the most up to date rules set...but here are the basics that will earn you points: Cheating ( this includes xRay) Hacking Stealing Griefing - if you break something you shouldn't have...contact staff and let them know....and then don't break anything else!
Chat violations will get warnings prior to earning points as sometimes stuff is said in a temp death rage...but there are limits: Excessive use of profanity Spamming or flooding Racial, sexist or discriminatory comments Personal attacks against anyone
