Is there only the public server or is there some way to get the server files for private play with friends?

on the main menu, instead of pressing join server, press multiplayer. there, you are now on the page to join other private servers.

Is this a pvp /raid pack if it is can, fractions be added, on the server also i thought mekanism was supposedly meant to be in this but it isnt on the server?

If you have claimed your land with a golden shovel, I'm 99% sure it can't be touched without the help of items from certain mods.
