Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.
Type in the modpack name (Starlight RPG) or paste the following url into the search box.
Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Starlight RPG from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Stuck in launching process means you have to download Java 64 bit offline here: https://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
Even if you have Java, this is the only way technic will allow you to add more ram.
4+ GB recommended.
If you dont wanna read the messages for commands in questing, disable command block output with the vanilla command. A mod doing this by default is intended to be implemeneted in next version.
