Replaced LiteLoader and Voxelmap with Journeymap. LiteLoader gave some annoying errors (even thought they really didn't break anything)
Also did some changes in the configs (and plenty left to do there :P)

Updated: Blood Magic, Carpenter's Blocks, CodeChicken CORE, Colorful Armor, Gravestone, Hardcore Ender Expansion, MO's Creatures, Thaumcraft. -- Added MineTweaker Recipe Maker (useful for server) -- Serverfiles for 1.1.8 will be uploaded tomorrow. If you run a server with this pack, wait with updating until then or just copy the updated mods directly into the servers mod directory (and remove the old versions).
