Join the Roanoke TerraFirmaCraft server community in our world which has persisted since 2013. Named "Roanoke 5", this TFC world features an overhaul to ore generation. Ore veins snake, break and split, making them a challenge for all Minecrafters. Mineral beds are no longer simple blobs, but instead planar, as beds should be. Random regions of the world are rich in ores, while others have been made ore poor.
Roanoke 5 uses CustomNPC coins for physical currency. Trade goods with NPCs or player owned Trade Booths, accumulate wealth and buy affordable chunk protected land with Towny. Discover valuable ores and claim them for your own Town.
We challenged ourselves by slowing tree growth, and it's paid off. Some TFC trees can take over a month in real time to grow. Despite this attempt at realism, trees remain on most of the starter continent and show no signs of extinction.
