Install Project Rage

Step 1

Installing a modpack using the Technic Launcher is easy. If you don't already have the launcher downloaded, visit our download page to get the latest version.

Step 2

Type in the modpack name (Project Rage) or paste the following url into the search box.

Step 3

Finally, click Install at the bottom right of the launcher after you select Project Rage from the list on the left. The launcher will handle everything else!

Cooking for Blockheads by BlayTheNinth
This mod adds a cooking book to Minecraft that will only show recipes that you can currently make with the things you carry in your inventory. It also adds an optional upgraded version of the book that can craft the foods right away by simply clicking on the recipes. There's also five new blocks that together form a Multiblock Kitchen Structure. It consists of the main component, the Cooking Table, which is the book in block-form and uses the other Multiblock Kitchen parts, the Cooking Oven, which can smelt food items only and provides smelting ability to the Cooking Table, the sink which provides water for recipes, the tool rack which can be used to store tools for recipes and the fridge, where you can store all your ingredients. ElectriCraft adds a new way to transport and store RotaryCraft power. Like ReactorCraft, this mod is dependent on RotaryCraft. ElectriCraft adds electrical motors and generators, as well as several tiers of wires. It follows a simplified version of the behavior of real-world electricity, where voltage and current are two distinct parameters, making this power system 3D like that of RotaryCraft. Voltage is generated by rotational speed, while current is generated by torque into the generator. Higher currents can melt wires that cannot handle it, while voltage is lost over distance proportional to the wire resistance. ElectriCraft also adds batteries to store power; they charge from the sides or below, and can emit power from the top when given a redstone signal. Each tier has a greater storage capacity and a greater (fixed) output than the last. ElectriCraft also adds two wire control devices. Resistors act as current limiters, allowing for unequal distribution of power. To change the value, dye the three bands according to standard resistor color codes. Relays act as redstone-controlled switches.

Some modded commands incorrectly implement a certain piece of code. This piece of code is used for sorting the list of commands alphabetically in the /help command. This incorrect code actually causes the /help command to break with an error that is vague and confusing. HelpFixer changes the /help command to go around the offending code and sort the commands by a method that will work. HelpFixer also logs offending commands to the server log, allowing you to figure out who was causing the problem.

Immersive Engineering by BluSunrize
Overall, it's about realism-inspired technology: Instead of glowing red tubes, it offers actual, hanging powerlines. Instead of one block that magically spits out dusts when ore is put in, it offers a crusher, a big multiblock (5x3x3) that features rotating wheels and spits out particles as it breaks the ore. Instead of a Laser that turns power into magical light and ores, it offers an Excavator, another massive, resource intensive, multiblock (3x7x8) which digs ores out of the ground with a big rotating bucketwheel. IE is about making tech mods more balanced and more pretty, and adding its own twist by going for retro-futurism (think BioShock, Order 1886, SkyCaptain and the World of Tomorrow) rather than clinical white+grey future cubes. It uses the RedstoneFlux API, known from Thermal Expansion, BuildCraft, EnderIO and other mods, but can be played fully standalone. Unlike other mods, IE does not use powertransfer via lanes of blocks, but instead via cables spanned between connectors. It also allows transport and conversion of IC2's EU =P The mod features Power Generation in forms of waterwheels, windmills, biodiesel and more and many of its machines are multiblocks! For all your documentation needs, you should look into this mods ingame documentation, the Engineer's Manual, crafted with a book and a lever.

The purpose of this mod is to allow server owners to have an advertisment system inside Minecraft world. It comes with a single (non craftable) block that admins can use to display an advertisement panel. The true power of the mod comes from the possibility to display any image available from the internet. First, an admin has to register and download images on the server. This is done with the command /malisisadvert which opens a GUI. There, he can add new adverts by specifying a name and an url. The server will download the image, and it will be available for the block. The block, when placed in world and right clicked, allows admins to select what advert to display for it. This mod adds new animations for doors, trap doors and fence gates. Natura is a mod that aims to spice up the world with interesting worldgen. With a few small additions, hunger no longer has to be about hunting animals early game. The mod is mostly intuitive; everything should be sensible or explained in-game. Natura is a worldgen companion to Tinkers' Construct. The mod works well with ExtraBiomesXL and Biomes O' Plenty, but neither are necessary for the best experience.

Presence Footsteps is an overly complicated footstep sound enhancement mod for Minecraft. It changes the way footstep sounds are produced, in addition to a whole new set of sounds. Presence Footsteps adds new sound effects when Minecraft didn't play any sound at all, such as jumping, landing, walking on the edge of a block, foot shuffling when coming to a stop. It also plays sounds differently whenever you're running, and allows each block to be played in a different way: Metal fences does not sound like iron blocks; Walking over rails both plays a faint metallic sound and the surface below it; Walking on a piston pointing upwards sounds like wood.

RotaryCraft is a large "industrial-style" mod, akin to the likes of BuildCraft, IndustrialCraft, ThermalExpansion, and Minefactory Reloaded. Why "RotaryCraft"? The power transmission. Engines generate rotational power - torque and speed, with power being the product of the two - and it is transmitted by shafts, gearboxes, and other transmission devices to eventually reach the machines. RotaryCraft is designed to be as realistic as possible, using real machine specifications for power generation/consumption and real physical laws to govern the machines' behavior. For example, a hot machine will cool according to the laws of heat convection, shafts can handle torques up to what is allowed by their shear strength, and effects of excessive pressure or temperature must be considered.

RPGModAdv adds 3 types of items. Poles and wallsigns are used to create waypoints. Signs are then places on poles. When a sign is placed, you can choose a waypoint and the sign will automatically point toward the waypoint, showing the distance and the name of the waypoint (or a custom name is you wish so). Right clicking on a sign will display a "flypath" to the destination waypoint. It also adds some breadcrumbs (glowcrumbs) that will drop on the ground automatically (when in the hotbar). Breadcrumbs are only visible by the player dropping them, decay in ~1h and are visible in low light level. If a stack of breadcrumb is used on a sign, they will become linked. You can now walk to your destination following the path you want. Once you reach your destination, the path is set and right clicking on the sign will show the custom path instead of the "flypath". Custom path can be reinitialised by shift+right cliking the sign. 2 keybindings are included to clear the display of the path (Numpad 9) and hide/show the breadcrumbs (Numpad 8).
