Sorry for the late reply, Carpenter's Blocks is unstable for 1.10.2, and Better Builders Wands is a little too OP... but Bibliocraft is part of the pack, and Rope Bridge may be added very shortly (I've used this one before and I've enjoyed it, so I'll try to add it soon).

Will there be server download?

I've never done this before, but I very well may if I have the time. My focus right now is getting the official server up (usually this would be done by now, but there are a LOT of mods in this pack, and I'm finding a lot of conflicts and a few superfluous mods.) Usually I start from scratch, but this pack was adopted from another larger pack that I individually pruned (removed over 100 mods after researching each one individually.) This being said, I believe that currently this modpack should work as a server so long as you do the default preliminary server setup through forge. I'm using forge-1.10.2-12.18.3.2281-universal for the server and the modpack currently. The mods to remove from the server that are client-side only (with no benefit to the server, and which may crash the server) are ArmorStatusHUD, bspkrsCore, StatusEffectHUD, Controlling, Damage-Indicators, mobends. The defeault Applied Energistics will crash sponge servers (if you decide to use sponge), which sucks because it's a VERY necessary mod for a game like this where you get overloaded with loot quickly. I think I have the updated version in the client, but just in case you get crashes, here's the direct link to github, where the modded version for sponge is: https://github.com/Stonebound/Applied-Energistics-2/#about
